Much more than a neighbourhood café...
Our Story
Originally a beloved neighbourhood food store in Sandy Hill, Safi Fine Food has come to Little Italy, opening coffee bar and neighbourhood café Safi Café in 2022. We designed Safi to provide affordable, healthy, and delicious food from a fusion of cultures in a beautiful inclusive environment.
Occupying the main floor of the Envie building at 101 Champagne Avenue, Safi provides fresh prepared foods, coffee and tea and cold drinks and meals, baked goods, and pantry staples to the building’s residents and the wider neighbourhood.
We believe that breaking bread together creates a happier, healthier, more cohesive society.
Our mission is simply to contribute to community-building through food.
